Literature Text

Sitting sad at home,
She's all alone, hoping that you might understand
She's waiting for your call
Out and lonely in the hall
Hoping that you might change your mind.

She's sad and lonely,
Tryin' to hold back tears
Tryin' to face her fears
Of being alone
She trusted you,
Had faith in you

But you just walked away
She didn't think you care,
Didn't you'd mind
Thinking you were someone great
You've no idea how much she hates
Herself for this, this thing she is
Have your feelings changed?

She's sad and lonely
Tryin' to hold back tears,
Tryin' to face her fears
Of being alone
She trusted you,
Had faith in you,
But you just let her down

She was sad and lonely,
Didn't think you'd care
She knew she was someone great
She no longer hates herself for this, this thing she is
But feelings change.

Not sad and lonely
I'm musically inept but I kinda hear this poem as a song. Just I write a little while ago. Yeah.

I heard a song in this as well...
I like the hopeful ending this has.

Perfect.
